This includes helping you book a suitable hotel (or offering an inclusive package with lodging), scheduling a trusted car service to pick you up at the airport, and organizing any local transportation you need. We even can recommend or set up leisure activities if you want to explore Brazil during your stay. Essentially, you won’t have to worry about where to stay, how to get around, or what to do – we’ve got it handled. Our goal is for you to feel taken care of from start to finish, even outside the dentist’s chair. Many of our patients say having this level of support gave them the confidence to take the trip in the first place.

What payment methods do you accept, and do you offer financing? 

We strive to make payment convenient for our international patients. We accept multiple payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and cash (Brazilian Real, or even US Dollars/Euros in some cases). For larger treatment plans, bank transfers (wire payments) can be arranged if you prefer to pay ahead of your visit. We can also assist with the paperwork if you plan to use any international dental insurance or financing from your home country – for example, providing invoices and treatment codes that you can submit for reimbursement (check with your insurance if overseas dental work is covered). At this time, we do not offer in-house financing plans for international patients, but the substantial cost savings usually make treatments here very affordable compared to at home. Your detailed quote will outline the payment schedule – typically a deposit may be paid upfront to secure your treatment dates, and the remainder is paid upon completion of treatment. Our team will guide you through the payment process to ensure it’s clear and safe. (Tip: Using a credit card that has low foreign transaction fees or converting currency in advance can help minimize extra bank charges.)

This initial consultation is free of charge and comes with no obligation – it’s your chance to learn about your options and for us to understand your case. Once you decide to proceed with a treatment trip, we’ll work with you on scheduling and logistics as detailed above. We recommend reaching out at least a few weeks (or months) in advance of when you’d like to travel, so we have ample time to prepare and you have time to arrange time off and flights.
